Responsibilities

• Manage the complete preparation and organization of mechanical maintenance work during unit shutdowns
• Define work scopes and draft technical tenders for subcontractors
• Consult with subcontractors and manage spare parts inventory and purchase requests
• Draft and modify intervention procedures and define necessary stop points to secure operations
• Supervise dedicated preparers, monitor progress, and manage reporting through to shutdown closure
• Update technical documentation and follow up on repairable items post-shutdown
• Perform budget analysis related to maintenance activities

Requirements

• Proven professional experience in maintenance and mechanical works on production units
• Significant experience in technical shutdown management, including preparation and organization
• Strong ability to define and formalize work scopes and detailed intervention procedures
• Highly organized with a strong sense of priority and ability to meet strict deadlines
• Rigorous approach to technical documentation and safety protocols
