About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the activity of the Measurement Center and ensure the smooth functioning of the service
- Lead projects to improve tools, equipment, and software
- Represent the Measurement Center within the Metrology network
- Perform technological monitoring on equipment and software
- Analyze internal needs and define appropriate technical solutions
- Plan and monitor requests from issuance through to result sharing and closure
- Implement necessary procedures for activity organization and management
- Conduct feasibility studies for the renewal of the equipment fleet
- Perform activity reporting and present the Measurement Center to visitors
Requirements
- Engineering degree in metrology, micro-technologies, or an equivalent qualification
- 3 to 5 years of experience in an industrial or watchmaking environment
- Mastery of GPS/GDT and roughness standards
- Experience in 3D probing, optical measurement, and roughness testing
- Proficiency in Excel, Python, SAP, and CREO
- Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and a customer-oriented mindset
