Coordinateur métrologie

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the activity of the Measurement Center and ensure the smooth functioning of the service
• Lead projects to improve tools, equipment, and software
• Represent the Measurement Center within the Metrology network
• Perform technological monitoring on equipment and software
• Analyze internal needs and define appropriate technical solutions
• Plan and monitor requests from issuance through to result sharing and closure
• Implement necessary procedures for activity organization and management
• Conduct feasibility studies for the renewal of the equipment fleet
• Perform activity reporting and present the Measurement Center to visitors

Requirements

• Engineering degree in metrology, micro-technologies, or an equivalent qualification
• 3 to 5 years of experience in an industrial or watchmaking environment
• Mastery of GPS/GDT and roughness standards
• Experience in 3D probing, optical measurement, and roughness testing
• Proficiency in Excel, Python, SAP, and CREO
• Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and a customer-oriented mindset
