About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate subcontractors, work orders, prevention plans, and fire permits
- Prepare and manage technical shutdowns with operations
- Deploy preventive maintenance plans and procedures in the CMMS
- Update technical documentation and spare parts thresholds
- Support maintenance teams with diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Track budgets, safety feedback, and site improvement actions
Requirements
- BTS in maintenance or significant relevant experience
- Industrial maintenance knowledge
- Mechanical, electrotechnical, pneumatic, and hydraulic basics
- CMMS proficiency
- Rigorous, analytical, and organized mindset
