Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the administrative processing of tender responses, from analyzing specifications to final submission.
• Coordinate with warehouse, transport, and quality departments to ensure the company can meet all tender requirements.
• Define priority markets, distribute tasks among team members, and ensure all deadlines are met.
• Monitor ongoing markets by tracking revision dates, contract end dates, turnover, volumes, and margins.
• Maintain regular communication with logistics, supply, and customer service teams regarding new market acquisitions.
• Collaborate with field sales teams to adjust ongoing markets and conduct feedback sessions following unsuccessful bids.
• Manage regional pricing conditions, including price monitoring, updates, and registration.
• Propose and implement new processes to optimize service activity and support the onboarding of new team members.

Requirements

• Bac + 3/4 degree in business or commercial studies.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in the agri-food sector is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (specifically VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables).
• Knowledge of AS 400 is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, professional rigor, and excellent communication abilities.
