Responsibilities

• Organize reception and sorting operations ensuring quality and safety standards
• Manage, train and lead a team of dock agents for loading and unloading flows per company procedures
• Drive productivity improvements through activity analysis and personnel management
• Act as liaison with customer service and maintain daily relations with transport subcontractors
