Coordinateur FAL

Responsibilities

• Manage the planning and organization of technical interventions on the Airbus assembly line to address identified non-conformities.
• Analyze detailed non-conformity lists provided by the client and determine the necessary course of action.
• Identify required technical documentation and spare parts, coordinating orders through the logistics team.
• Prepare and transmit technical assistance requests to the client.
• Plan aircraft interventions and communicate daily operation lists to the FAL support team.
• Validate and close completed tasks in the internal traceability tool, ensuring data completeness.
• Analyze daily performance rates, identify causes for non-completion, and adjust future planning accordingly.
• Act as a primary interface with the client, providing progress updates and alerting them to urgent difficulties.
• Propose improvements for work organization and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• BAC+2/3 level qualification.
• Proven experience within the aeronautics industry.
• Strong technical skills and ability to analyze complex non-conformities.
• High level of autonomy, discipline, and rigor.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and manage pressure in a fast-paced industrial environment.
