Coordinador VIVE

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement the VIVE student experience strategy to ensure a memorable formative experience for high school students.
• Plan, organize, and promote student life activities across five strategic lines: Art and Culture, Athletics, Social Impact, Student Groups, and Esports.
• Manage the "Cobertura VIVE" budget, ensuring efficient planning, execution, and reporting according to established guidelines.
• Ensure high levels of student participation and satisfaction in campus events and national strategic activities.
• Document program activities and report key indicators to central areas in a timely manner.
• Accompany students on signature trips and support initiatives that promote well-being and a healthy campus environment.

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree (Licenciatura terminada) with a professional license (Cédula profesional).
• At least 3 years of professional experience in student activities and event organization.
• Proven experience in budget administration and purchasing management.
