Coordinador VIVE Profesional

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the student wellbeing and development area, promoting student life through organized events and congresses.
• Implement positive interventions based on positive psychology principles to foster a healthy campus ecosystem.
• Manage the annual planning of student activities and professional experience projects.
• Support student projects such as ENACTUS and Meaningful Social Service.
• Facilitate professional experiences by building relationships with institutions and seeking sponsorships.
• Provide tools and support to help students develop essential skills and competencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a completed title.
• 3 years of experience in student formation, event logistics, or educational coordination.
• Proven experience coordinating activities for youth aged 18-25.
• Availability to travel nationally.
• Strong skills in leadership, organization, empathy, and customer service.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in teaching or academic instruction.
• Previous experience participating in or leading student chapters.
