Coordinador Venues, Parques y Skyspace

Responsibilities

• Manage logistical details for event planning and strategic space movements to ensure high user satisfaction.
• Coordinate requirements for various event types, including setups, audiovisual needs, cleaning, landscaping, electrical, climate control, security, and mobility.
• Oversee administrative coordination and human resources for the Audiovisual area.
• Facilitate service requests for events and provide direct support to professors and students regarding audiovisual needs.
• Manage and update inventories for audiovisual equipment and ensure adequate stock for classrooms and events.
• Plan and monitor expenditures and generate budgets for events.
• Ensure an optimal environment for learning spaces and institutional, academic, and student events through effective resource management.

Requirements

• Professional degree completed.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event organization and management.
• Proven experience in team management and leading collaborators.
• Strong knowledge of audiovisual equipment and setups.
• Solid administrative, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
• High level of proactivity, creativity, and service orientation.
• Availability to work on-site at Campus Monterrey.
