Coordinador Seguridad Operativa

Responsibilities

• Elaborate activity programs for supervisors, analysts, and external security elements to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Coordinate the response to contingencies, emergencies, risks, and illicit acts in coordination with management and the Command Center.
• Supervise security providers and monitor their performance through monthly Score Cards to ensure compliance with procedures.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance for security systems in accordance with CNBV regulations.
• Implement and coordinate annual training plans for internal monitoring and supervision staff, as well as external personnel.
• Collect and analyze information to update risk assessments for the assigned facilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Law, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in corporate security.
• Knowledge of regulatory processes and security standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
