Responsibilities
- Ensure the achievement of sales objectives for the home delivery channel.
- Manage work teams by establishing goals, evaluating performance, and providing regular feedback.
- Provide support, attention, and follow-up for customer complaints within the channel.
- Monitor service quality by identifying deviations and opportunities to implement best practices and action plans.
- Guarantee the correct use of business assets, values, and resources through the application of established processes and policies.
Requirements
- High school diploma, technical degree, or professional degree in a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or call center environments.
- Experience managing teams and personnel.
- Proficiency in managing databases and using Excel for indicator analysis and management.
