Coordinador Relaciones Laborales

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner for productive and operational areas to manage human resources efficiently and ensure labor peace
• Review contracts and all documentation impacting employer-employee relations
• Manage resignations, agreements, contingency quantifications, and interviews with involved parties
• Handle and follow up on legal claims, seeking solutions that minimize economic impact on the institution
• Provide advisory, review, register, follow up, and archive administrative records (actas administrativas)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law (Licenciatura en Derecho) with valid Title and Professional License (Título y cédula)
• 2+ years of experience in labor relations roles
• Previous experience working within a banking or financial institution
• Strong leadership skills
