About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner for productive and operational areas to manage human resources efficiently and ensure labor peace
- Review contracts and all documentation impacting employer-employee relations
- Manage resignations, agreements, contingency quantifications, and interviews with involved parties
- Handle and follow up on legal claims, seeking solutions that minimize economic impact on the institution
- Provide advisory, review, register, follow up, and archive administrative records (actas administrativas)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law (Licenciatura en Derecho) with valid Title and Professional License (Título y cédula)
- 2+ years of experience in labor relations roles
- Previous experience working within a banking or financial institution
- Strong leadership skills
