Coordinador Regional Ventas Multicanal

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work teams through weekly meetings and point-of-sale (POS) visits to develop sales strategies.
• Monitor executives, promoters, and POS performance to ensure monthly sales objectives are met.
• Improve customer satisfaction by following up on NPS surveys and service cases.
• Validate sales quality and ensure correct use of brand image at all points of sale.
• Ensure constant staff training regarding commercial offers, incentives, commissions, and competitor advantages.

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree (Licenciatura terminada).
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
• Proven experience in team supervision.
• Experience in point-of-sale (POS) management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree (Maestría).
• 4 or more years of relevant experience.
