About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate work teams through weekly meetings and point-of-sale visits across all assigned channels.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to ensure the timely achievement of monthly objectives.
- Monitor the performance of executives, promoters, and points of sale to meet commercial goals.
- Improve customer satisfaction by following up on NPS surveys and service cases.
- Validate the quality of sales and ensure adherence to company pillars, behaviors, and brand image.
- Ensure continuous staff training regarding commercial offers, incentives, commissions, and competitor advantages.
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's degree (Licenciatura terminada).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management or similar roles.
- Proven experience in managing sales teams and following up on commercial objectives.
- Ability to lead staff training and development programs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree (Maestría).
- 4 or more years of relevant professional experience.
