About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate work teams through weekly meetings and point-of-sale visits across all assigned channels.
  • Monitor sales executives, promoters, and points of sale to ensure monthly sales objectives are met.
  • Improve customer satisfaction by following up on NPS surveys and service cases.
  • Validate sales quality and ensure adherence to company pillars, behaviors, and brand image standards.
  • Ensure continuous staff training regarding commercial offers, incentives, commission schemes, and competitor advantages.

Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor's degree (Licenciatura terminada).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management or similar roles.
  • Proven experience in managing sales teams and following up on commercial objectives.
  • Ability to lead staff training and development programs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree (Maestría).
  • 4 or more years of relevant professional experience.
