Coordinador Procesos y Plataformas Comerciales TI

Responsibilities

• Coordinate processes related to Sales and Distribution modules, including visit control, pricing, promotions, loyalty programs, route settlement, and invoicing.
• Develop and drive continuous improvement tools and innovative solutions for all commercial areas.
• Plan commercial processes within projects to ensure seamless implementation.
• Analyze requests from internal and external clients to evaluate feasibility and business value.
• Manage commercial processes and resources to ensure optimal application.
• Optimize internal capabilities for project development and maintenance, coordinating with external system development providers.
• Manage, design, and implement requirements for the Digital Ecosystem to ensure correct integration for ACD 2.0 and AC Móvil 2.0 applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Administrative Informatics, or a related field (Degree or Professional License required).
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Experience with Front Office applications, Information Technology, and commercial platforms/systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP S4 HANA.
• Intermediate knowledge of SAP CX.
