Coordinador Planeación Mantenimiento Centralizado

Responsibilities

• Plan, initiate, and modify preventive and predictive maintenance cycles based on frequencies, production plans, and resource requirements.
• Manage the maintenance backlog to provide feedback to programmers and the planning department head.
• Ensure strict compliance with planning and work control procedures to guarantee maximum asset reliability.
• Coordinate and guarantee training for plant programmers to ensure correct execution of maintenance activities.
• Consolidate, analyze, and present maintenance KPIs for weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly management meetings.
• Advise and supervise the update of planning and scheduling processes using world-class methodologies for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• University degree in Electromechanical, Electronic, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related field (Title or License required).
• Proven experience in Maintenance and Maintenance Programming.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Intermediate knowledge of SAP APO.
• Basic knowledge of Power BI.
• Intermediate knowledge of personnel administration, objective deployment, and warehouse management.
