About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and execute digital acquisition, sales, and service strategies across various digital channels to increase customer capture, conversion, and loyalty.
- Manage digital demand generation through marketing campaigns, digital media, and commercial partners to maximize lead volume and quality.
- Define and supervise commercial management models and lead conversion processes in coordination with operational areas to ensure profitability and sales targets.
- Identify and implement new business opportunities, strategic alliances, and commercial models to expand revenue generation capabilities.
- Monitor and optimize commercial performance indicators, customer experience, operational efficiency, and ROI to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 5-6 years of combined professional experience.
- 2 years of experience in operational leadership or team coordination.
- 3+ years of experience in managing sales channels, assisted sales, or post-sales processes.
- 2 years of experience in Commercial and Operational Back Office.
- 3 years of experience in Contact Center and Call Center management.
- 2 years of experience in vendor management and SLA/KPI management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of Lead Commercial Management and conversion models.
- Advanced expertise in Telemarketing operations and commercial KPI management.
- Advanced skills in Digital Marketing, Performance, and Commercial Analytics.
- Intermediate experience in Business Development and Commercial Partner Management.
- Intermediate understanding of commission models, profitability, and commercial planning.
