About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute digital acquisition, sales, and service strategies across various digital channels to increase customer capture, conversion, and loyalty.
  • Manage digital demand generation through marketing campaigns, digital media, and commercial partners to maximize lead volume and quality.
  • Define and supervise commercial management models and lead conversion processes in coordination with operational areas to ensure profitability and sales targets.
  • Identify and implement new business opportunities, strategic alliances, and commercial models to expand revenue generation capabilities.
  • Monitor and optimize commercial performance indicators, customer experience, operational efficiency, and ROI to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5-6 years of combined professional experience.
  • 2 years of experience in operational leadership or team coordination.
  • 3+ years of experience in managing sales channels, assisted sales, or post-sales processes.
  • 2 years of experience in Commercial and Operational Back Office.
  • 3 years of experience in Contact Center and Call Center management.
  • 2 years of experience in vendor management and SLA/KPI management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced knowledge of Lead Commercial Management and conversion models.
  • Advanced expertise in Telemarketing operations and commercial KPI management.
  • Advanced skills in Digital Marketing, Performance, and Commercial Analytics.
  • Intermediate experience in Business Development and Commercial Partner Management.
  • Intermediate understanding of commission models, profitability, and commercial planning.
