Coordinador Operaciones Conveniencia

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure the sale of the product portfolio in accordance with established company strategies to meet sales quotas.
• Oversee the work of promoters, merchandisers, and task force teams to ensure compliance with "Foto de Éxito" (FDE) and Total Product Management (TPM).
• Design and implement route restructuring programs to optimize resources and increase productivity.
• Monitor and direct the performance of assigned personnel to achieve operational objectives.
• Track competitor activities within convenience stores and pharmacies to adjust point-of-sale strategies.
• Ensure the timely implementation of commercial campaigns and promotions.
• Review operational indicators for convenience store and pharmacy routes to maximize productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Commercialization.
• 2 years of experience as a promoter in convenience stores.
• 2 years of experience as an assistant, sales operative, or similar role.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Advanced knowledge of Sales and Pre-sale processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows.
• Advanced knowledge of administrative controls.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or Postgraduate studies.
