Coordinador Modelos de Servicio

Responsibilities

• Evolve and standardize service and delivery models across business units based on operational results and best practices to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Prepare, implement, and evaluate new service and delivery models through pilot phases or rollouts within specialized channels.
• Drive the adoption of B2E/B2B digital tools through training, monitoring, and continuous improvement to strengthen commercial execution and delivery operations.
• Identify performance improvement opportunities by analyzing key indicators such as visit effectiveness, order and delivery success, digital mix, route shifts, and cost to serve.
• Standardize processes and tools for tracking service and distribution KPIs in accordance with corporate guidelines.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or Physical Engineering, or Actuarial Science.
• At least 3 years of experience in the commercial and/or distribution sectors.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Advanced numerical analysis capabilities.
• Availability to travel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience specifically in Service Models, Distribution, or Sales.
• Strong ability to influence and persuade external teams.
