Coordinador Médico

Responsibilities

• Lead local medical leadership and manage Health Center operations, including staff management and program compliance.
• Provide direct patient care, including the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Oversee the site's Emergency Response Program, including the First Responder program and annual emergency drills.
• Manage disability and workers' compensation (WC) processes, including peer-to-peer reviews.
• Ensure compliance with all medical policies, procedures, and OSHA requirements.
• Partner with site management, HR, and Safety teams to integrate medical expertise into plant operations.
• Support site wellness initiatives and committees.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree.
• Valid medical license.
• Medical specialty certification (Occupational Medicine preferred).
• 5+ years of medical experience in a manufacturing plant setting.
• 5+ years of supervisory/leadership experience.
• Experience working in large-scale manufacturing environments (5,000+ employees).
• Conversational and professional English proficiency.
• Ability to work 100% onsite at the Ramos Arizpe plant.
