Coordinador Ingeniería Confiabilidad Industrial

Responsibilities

• Detect, analyze, and communicate opportunities for cost minimization and productivity increases through detailed process analysis.
• Design, evaluate, and manage industrial CAPEX/PLP proposals for plant equipment based on updated quotes and operational needs.
• Manage and ensure the optimal execution of authorized CAPEX projects through all phases of the AC project methodology.
• Monitor and control manufacturing budgets and requirements, ensuring compliance with engineering design and legal/corporate standards.
• Analyze and verify estimated benefits during post-mortem project reviews to confirm quantitative business case improvements.
• Develop and analyze suppliers through material efficiency testing for the replacement or improvement of existing components.

Requirements

• University degree (Title or License) in Electromechanical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Industrial, or related Engineering.
• Proven experience in Reliability and Physical Asset Management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Intermediate knowledge of SAP.
• Basic knowledge of Power BI.
• Strong understanding of plant maintenance and project administration.
