Coordinador Formación (Plaza)

Responsibilities

• Define the curriculum development for beauty consultants.
• Measure training effectiveness through in-person and virtual visits.
• Negotiate with commercial partners to coordinate training for the dermocosmetic segment.
• Safeguard and manage personnel training records (kardex) and ensure they remain updated.
• Guarantee the training plan for dermocosmetic personnel to meet company objectives.

Requirements

• Technical degree in cosmetology or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in cosmetology.
• In-depth knowledge of dermocosmetic laboratories.
• Proficiency in SPA techniques.
