About the role

Responsibilities

  • Plan the portfolio of improvements and initiatives for the GMM Direction
  • Distribute activities for each improvement and initiative to the project team
  • Supervise compliance with agreements generated by the various participating teams
  • Evaluate risks and impacts across different organizational projects
  • Manage and supervise a team of 1 to 3 direct reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Licenciatura)
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in project leadership or participation
  • Knowledge of the insurance field and related applications
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Proficiency in process documentation and requirement gathering
  • Experience in user testing validation and generating test matrices
  • Intermediate English level
  • Ability to travel 1 to 5 days per month
