About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan the portfolio of improvements and initiatives for the GMM Direction
- Distribute activities for each improvement and initiative to the project team
- Supervise compliance with agreements generated by the various participating teams
- Evaluate risks and impacts across different organizational projects
- Manage and supervise a team of 1 to 3 direct reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Licenciatura)
- 3 to 5 years of experience in project leadership or participation
- Knowledge of the insurance field and related applications
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Proficiency in process documentation and requirement gathering
- Experience in user testing validation and generating test matrices
- Intermediate English level
- Ability to travel 1 to 5 days per month
