Responsibilities

• Supervise the external claims management team to ensure compliance with company procedures and standards
• Conduct regular follow-up meetings with the claims team
• Review and validate claims processing workflows, proposing continuous improvements and optimizations
• Authorize and approve claims, payments, and coverage confirmations
• Analyze client claims data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, preparing detailed reports
• Collaborate transversally with underwriting, commercial, and product departments

Requirements

• Strong analytical capacity and ability to analyze claims data
• Proven experience in claims processes and management
• Ability to lead and coordinate external teams
• High level of autonomy, organization, and planning skills
• Ability to make critical decisions under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of cyber insurance

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or specialized courses in technological risks or cybersecurity
