Coordinador de Servicio Medico

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, manage, and supervise occupational health services on a national scale.
• Ensure strict compliance with STPS, SSA, and IMSS regulations and corporate guidelines.
• Oversee medical service operations, including health campaigns and activities across all locations.
• Manage accident investigations in coordination with the SGH department.
• Implement national standards including NOM-035, NOM-036, NOM-030, NOM-017, and NOM-041.
• Manage national accident reporting to IMSS and STPS, ensuring timely reporting of disability-generating accidents.
• Oversee preventive safety and health services, including training, periodic medical exams, and follow-ups for incapacitated personnel.
• Control and evaluate national medical KPIs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in occupational health management.
• Expert knowledge of IMSS and STPS formats and documentation.
• Deep understanding of STPS, IMSS, and SSA regulations.
• Proven experience designing and implementing Comprehensive Wellness Programs.
• Strong personnel management and leadership skills.
