Coordinador de Seguridad y Salud

Responsibilities

• Lead Safety Coordination in Construction and Building to ensure strict compliance with the Health and Safety Plan (R.D. 1627/97)
• Coordinate active prevention between contractors and subcontractors through technical documentation review and real-time risk management
• Prepare inspection reports and propose immediate corrective measures for technical or documentary deviations
• Foster a preventive culture by leading strategic meetings with site managers and supervisors

Requirements

• Technical degree in Civil Engineering, Technical Architecture, Technical Engineering, or equivalent (R.D. 1627/97 habilitating training)
• Experience in construction sites as a Health and Safety Coordinator (CSS)
• Driver's license and own vehicle for mobility within the Community of Madrid
• Specialized training in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) such as Senior Technician in PRL or a specialized Master's degree is highly valued
