Coordinador de Seguridad Industrial y Protección

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, implement, and manage compliance with legal frameworks and Coca-Cola system requirements regarding industrial safety, asset protection, and occupational health.
• Manage the certification and recertification processes for management systems to meet organizational objectives.
• Identify and evaluate hazards and risks related to personnel, materials, products, and facilities to ensure business continuity.
• Ensure the safety and integrity of visitors during company-coordinated events to prevent incidents and losses.
• Maintain a safe and healthy working environment for employees and the surrounding community.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership or analytical role such as Safety Supervisor, Safety Coordinator, or Safety Analyst.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Advanced knowledge of industrial safety legislation and management systems (ISO 9000, 14000, 22000, and OSHA 18001).
• Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and instructor training.
