About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the recruitment process for both operational and administrative personnel, including interviews and medical evaluations.
- Manage employee onboarding in internal systems (SIP360) and coordinate documentation with Shared Services.
- Develop and update recruitment metrics and progress indicators.
- Maintain and organize employee files and documentation.
- Manage the distribution of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and food vouchers.
- Provide support to operators and operational areas regarding personnel matters.
- Manage and follow up on procedures with external providers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Licenciatura).
- Experience in managing recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in handling metrics and performance indicators.
- Experience in file administration and documentation management.
- Age between 24 and 40 years.
