Coordinador de Producción de Eventos Culturales

Responsibilities

• Lead all stages of high-impact cultural events, including pre-production, on-site execution, and post-production.
• Manage pre-production tasks such as speaker coordination, venue scouting, budget preparation, and vendor contracting.
• Oversee on-site event logistics, including technical setup, assembly, and real-time problem-solving.
• Coordinate with Creative Direction and strategic partners to ensure brand visibility and event quality.
• Handle post-event duties including audiovisual material management, evaluation reports, and final budget reconciliation.
• Maintain detailed schedules, checklists, and task tracking using management platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven experience in cultural event production or similar roles.
• High organizational capacity with the ability to manage multiple parallel activities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues in real-time.
• Proficiency with management platforms such as Monday.com or similar tools.
• Availability to travel and work weekends or outside standard hours as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic experience in budget management and logistics.
• Experience with venue scouting and travel coordination.
