Coordinador de Procesos

Responsibilities

• Drive business efficiency by identifying processes suitable for automation and analyzing their technical viability.
• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using RPA and APA technologies, specifically utilizing the Automation Anywhere platform.
• Monitor the performance of implemented solutions, performing necessary maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
• Provide strategic support to the digital solutions portfolio within the Transformation Office.
• Collaborate with various organizational areas to optimize business processes through disruptive technologies like AI.

Requirements

• Proven experience in process analysis, design, and documentation.
• Strong knowledge of BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation).
• Expertise in RPA solution development, preferably with Automation Anywhere.
• Experience in Quality Management and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Ability to deliver professional executive presentations.
• Technical proficiency in computer systems, software development, and ITSM systems.
