Coordinador de Precios y Rentabilidad

Responsibilities

• Analyze and coordinate the pricing and packaging strategy for the Direct Consumption Channel (Home, Water Jug, and At Work) to ensure market competitiveness and maximum profitability.
• Execute and update price change processes in systems to address rising input costs and inflation.
• Evaluate and advise on decision-making processes based on key area indicators to maintain profitability objectives.
• Develop and implement tools to monitor the impact of specific price increases across the total business and specific regions.
• Analyze and evaluate promotions for soft drinks and emerging beverages to maintain marginal contribution while increasing volume and coverage.
• Coordinate the correct assignment of price lists, hierarchies, special pricing, and discounts in accordance with commercial conditions and internal control policies.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Administration, or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Proven experience in Pricing, Revenue Management, Commercial Analysis, Sales, or Trade Marketing/Commercial Planning.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Tableau for database management and modeling.
• Experience handling large volumes of information.
• Basic understanding of financial analysis (margins, contribution, pricing) and commercial/digital KPIs.
