About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop infrastructure plans for multiple campuses, identifying needs for maintenance, renovation, and growth.
- Detect opportunities for improvement in physical spaces and propose initiatives aligned with operational needs.
- Analyze risks, investment requirements, and capacity needs to ensure correct project planning.
- Coordinate with various departments to design and develop infrastructure solutions.
- Drive and follow up on initiatives related to maintenance, services, and space improvement.
- Present proposals and initiatives to leaders and decision-makers using clear and persuasive communication.
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in infrastructure planning or management (e.g., campuses, residential developments, shopping centers, hotels, or hospitals).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Strong space analysis skills.
- Excellent executive presentation skills.
- Intermediate English level for international benchmarking and analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma.
- Experience in project management.
