Coordinador de Operaciones

Responsibilities

• Guarantee compliance with quality and service indicators in the CIS operation, including LTL.
• Supervise supervisors and internal/cross-border transit staff to ensure timely cargo delivery.
• Manage route logistics for the CIS, including internal and cross-border transits, using data-driven matrices to ensure operational profitability.
• Coordinate reimbursements and minor purchases through SAP to maintain necessary cash funds.
• Monitor and control Center of Exchange indicators to improve service guarantees.
• Develop contingency plans through logistics network analysis to minimize operational impacts.
• Oversee personnel staffing levels by analyzing route utilization, times, and work orders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in the logistics and transportation industry.
• Basic to intermediate English proficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong experience in KPI management.
