Coordinador de Módulos Hospitalarios

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and ensure service delivery to policyholders, advisors, and responsible parties during hospital stays.
• Supervise the correct management of hospital admission procedures in a timely manner according to established service levels and policies.
• Guarantee claim coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the insurance policy.
• Identify and monitor high-cost cases in hospitals to contribute to loss ratio containment.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of doctors and executives in Hospital Modules and Routes.
• Guide and provide tools to direct reports (1-3 direct, up to 30 indirect) to facilitate their functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Licenciatura).
• 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service and/or the insurance or financial sector.
• Proven experience in team management.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Intermediate English level.
• Availability to travel 1 to 5 days per month.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the insurance industry or the financial sector.
