Coordinador de modelo comercial

Responsibilities

• Lead, design, and evaluate the company's commercial architecture, focusing on variable compensation schemes and performance metrics for Leaders, Business Managers, and Sales Managers.
• Design and update commission structures, bonuses, and incentive plans to ensure market competitiveness and company profitability.
• Develop mathematical and predictive models to simulate and project the impact of changes in compensation plans before implementation.
• Manage large volumes of commercial data to identify performance patterns and deviations.
• Implement and integrate Sales Performance Management (SPM) tools and automation to streamline reporting.
• Monitor weekly KPI compliance and ensure accurate and fair compensation payments according to the established model.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience with the ability to guide, motivate, and empower teams.
• Expertise in compensation model design, including commissions and incentive structures.
• Strong skills in mathematical and predictive modeling.
• Proficiency in commercial data management and analysis.
• Experience with Sales Performance Management (SPM) tools.
• Advanced skills in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Sites.
