Coordinador de Mantenimiento

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, administer, and supervise maintenance, projects, and electromechanical areas for assigned properties in the Tijuana territory.
• Manage corrective and preventive maintenance requests and schedule electromechanical works.
• Request budgets and catalogs from contractors for maintenance, projects, and ATM services.
• Assign and supervise work performed by contractors, ensuring compliance with technical specifications.
• Review and correct electromechanical engineering plans, including substations, electrical installations, and air conditioning.
• Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and monitor the execution of major maintenance projects.
• Validate electromechanical concepts executed both within and outside of standard catalogs.
• Support the Works and Energy departments with electromechanical reviews for new branch deliveries and UPS monitoring.
• Respond to electromechanical emergencies, contingencies, or disasters with appropriate corrective actions.
• Supervise cleaning personnel and general services when site staff is unavailable.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Architecture, or Civil Engineering.
• More than 1 year of experience in maintenance and electromechanical areas.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance, construction works, electrical installations, and air conditioning systems.
• Proficiency in reading and managing plans using AutoCAD.
• Availability to travel and the ability to drive a vehicle.
• Availability to supervise projects that may take place on weekends.
