Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and activate strategic alliances with banks, fintechs, and financial actors to create new sales channels.
• Design go-to-market models for each channel, including commercial structures, incentive mechanics, and performance targets.
• Develop and implement affiliate marketing programs, including partner selection and commission structure optimization.
• Pilot and explore conversational commerce initiatives such as WhatsApp and transactional chatbots.
• Act as the local expert for website improvements, translating market opportunities into functional requirements and roadmap priorities.
• Lead cross-functional teams across technology, marketing, finance, and legal to ensure the execution of growth initiatives.
• Manage project pipelines using agile methodologies, prioritizing by impact and speed.
