Coordinador de Embarques

Responsibilities

• Audit all merchandise orders to be shipped, reviewing boxes and items to ensure 100% product delivery accuracy.
• Monitor order deliveries with carriers and validate receipt with transport providers to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collect and manage delivery evidence, including signed receipts, to support the credit and collection process.
• Create shipping guides in SAP, recording transport providers, vehicle details, shipping dates, and freight costs.
• Develop and implement process improvements to reduce merchandise rejections and increase delivery quality.
• Generate audit reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational incidents.
• Execute merchandise rejection policies and maintain control over non-operational returns to notify the commercial team.
• Maintain daily operational tracking of shipping dates and customer appointments to meet delivery timelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in logistics coordination or shipping management.
• Proficiency in using SAP for shipping and logistics documentation.
• Strong ability to audit physical goods against invoices and purchase orders.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency and make effective decisions.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on results and process improvement.
