Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, lead, motivate, and develop a team of commission-based agents
- Ensure quality growth to maximize long-term potential and sustainable performance
- Act as a business partner to agent teams to drive business performance
- Oversee commercial performance, recruitment, selection, and product training
- Collaborate with branch and support areas to ensure operational excellence
- Build a sustainable portfolio based on territory potential
- Guarantee that sales and service operations are secure, legal, and compliant with policies
- Manage risk and loss prevention measures through field work
- Achieve established sales and collection objectives within the budget
- Spend 80-90% of time working in the field
Requirements
- High school diploma or higher
- Experience in field work including recruitment, promotion, sales, and collections
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in sales and recovery techniques
- Ability to design and implement action plans
- Strong customer service and coaching skills
- Skills in resource, task, and time management
- Problem-solving, organization, and planning abilities
