Coordinador de Control de Calidad

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with picking, receiving, and shipping programs to meet customer deadlines.
• Increase picking capacity by measuring personnel timing and generating continuous improvement plans.
• Control inventory by ensuring products are picked from locations assigned by AX.
• Guarantee that products are prepared for the shipping area according to customer specifications.
• Manage transport departures in accordance with the unit loading schedule.
• Implement transition processes between shifts and establish objectives and metrics for supervisors.
• Develop work plans for picking, receiving, and shipping processes.
• Oversee and control personnel training and development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Chemistry or a related field (Degree and Professional License/Cédula are mandatory).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in picking, storage, shipping, and personnel management.
• Availability for a flexible schedule and travel.
