Responsibilities
- Design fair and attractive bonus and premium programs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of benefit packages regarding employee satisfaction.
- Ensure compensation plans comply with all current legislation.
- Support the implementation, communication, and administration of compensation programs, policies, and practices.
- Implement salary scale methodologies and pay bands.
- Define and standardize employee benefit packages.
- Perform salary alignment, calibration, and job valuation.
- Manage headcount control.
Requirements
- University degree (completed or graduated) in Administration or Accounting.
- 5 or more years of professional experience in compensation or human resources.
