Coordinador de Cobranzas

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the national application of DXN collections for General de Seguros and General de Salud
• Validate and monitor debtor and creditor accounts
• Manage the registration and maintenance of withholding agents
• Validate the transmission of DXN files to the payroll department
• Authorize premium returns and validate fee calculations within collection systems
• Control and monitor key accounts with significant financial impact
• Drive process automation and implement controls to identify automatic collection incidents

Requirements

• Advanced Excel skills (indispensable)
• Intermediate PowerPoint skills
• Experience in collections, preferably within the insurance sector
• Experience in general accounting
• Knowledge of regulatory reports (e.g., debtor by premium)
• Basic knowledge of the insurance industry

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in process optimization and automation
• Proven ability to lead and consolidate high-performance teams
