Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment processes for both local and foreign talent
- Conduct selection interviews to identify top candidates
- Coordinate technical and medical evaluations
- Oversee labor investigations, including background checks, undercover employment checks, and socioeconomic studies
- Administer and interpret psychometric tests
- Manage and maintain organized personnel files and documentation
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration (LAE), Psychology, or a related field
- Proven experience in recruitment and selection processes
- Experience conducting professional interviews
- Knowledge of psychometric testing application
- Experience in personnel file management and administration
