Coordinador de Analítica de Admisiones

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer the ETL cycle within admission processes
• Design, update, and optimize dashboards for various institutional processes
• Analyze and monitor the attraction funnel to detect growth opportunities
• Provide data support to the admissions leadership team through specific reports and indicators
• Collaborate with multiple departments that consume admission data
• Generate presentations regarding findings and scenarios for institutional leadership
• Ensure data accuracy through regular data audits, especially during campaign changes
• Automate reports that currently require manual generation to improve efficiency

Requirements

• Degree in Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in data analytics, Business Intelligence (BI), or predictive modeling
• Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
• Proficiency in SQL (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or similar)
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R
• Experience creating dashboards in Power BI or Tableau
• Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and translate complex topics into simple messages

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the education sector
• Experience in talent attraction or B2C industries
• Strategic marketing thinking
