Coordinador Control Presupuestal

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily generation and analysis of expenditure reports using SAP.
• Review Excel formats for various expense reports across different group companies.
• Perform accounting record reconciliations between SAP and IBS systems in collaboration with Accounting and Finance departments.
• Support the preparation of the annual budget and monitor its execution throughout the year.
• Administer and control the registration of materials and permissions for internal users in SAP.
• Supervise reconciliations of accounting account balances and cost centers to identify deviations and coordinate corrective actions.
• Analyze relevant variations against the expense budget.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Practical knowledge of SAP ERP systems.
• Strong analytical capacity and ability to handle sensitive information.
• High levels of responsibility, commitment, honesty, and punctuality.
