Responsibilities

• Grow the SME client portfolio profitably by identifying new business opportunities
• Supervise and support the credit placement process, from evaluation and approval to contract signing
• Act as the primary link between branches and SME Commercial Executives to align strategies with institutional goals
• Monitor portfolio health by supervising risk management policies and preventing defaults
• Provide training and support to Commercial Executives regarding the SME segment and credit placement
• Stay updated on market trends and SME needs to adapt commercial strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related economic-administrative fields
• Experience in SME portfolio management
• Expertise in financial analysis and monitoring of credit/financing
