Coordinador Almacen General

Responsibilities

• Define and manage requirements for raw materials, packaging, and indirect materials to ensure production program compliance.
• Coordinate with the purchasing department to generate and place orders, ensuring timely and complete deliveries.
• Monitor and administer daily inventories of raw materials, spare parts, and materials to ensure reliability and availability.
• Coordinate periodic physical inventories and analyze deviations to strengthen internal controls.
• Supervise warehouse procedures for the receipt and delivery of materials, adhering to quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Implement corrective actions to eliminate variations and optimize inventory control.
• Manage the material master, identifying obsolete, excess, or slow-moving items.
• Guide and develop the team to improve productivity, quality, and cost control.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration.
• 1 year of experience in Supply Management (Encargado de Abastecimientos).
• 1 year of experience in Administrative Assistant roles.
• 1 year of experience in Warehouse Assistant roles.
• Advanced knowledge of Warehouse Management.
• Expert knowledge of Inventory Control (Finished Goods, Raw Materials, Packaging).
• Advanced knowledge of SAP ERP Logistics.
