Responsibilities

• Design and implement initiatives to promote the well-being of professors and collaborators.
• Coordinate the deployment of programs by building value-driven relationships with central and local campus areas.
• Ensure standardized implementation of well-being initiatives across all institutional sites.
• Define, obtain, and develop KPIs to measure the impact of well-being programs and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide necessary information and training to local actors to guarantee successful program execution.
• Develop communication materials for the national dissemination of initiatives.
• Act as a central communication channel between various departments to ensure information distribution.
• Participate in technological projects aimed at the continuous improvement of area programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in project management.
• Proven experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong service orientation and self-management skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with strong communication abilities.
