Coordenador Secção Congelados e PLS

Responsibilities

• Advise customers with a proactive sales approach tailored to their business needs
• Support commercial and promotional actions in conjunction with the Line Manager to boost sales
• Promote cross-selling in collaboration with other sections and the Sales Force team
• Monitor key section indicators including Sales, Margin, Stock, and Shrinkage
• Implement and suggest improvement actions for commercial acceleration, NPS, and operational excellence
• Contribute to the development, motivation, and management of the section team
• Assume team management in the absence of the Department Manager

Requirements

• Minimum 12th-grade education
• Previous experience in frozen and self-service products (preferred)
• HACCP and Food Safety training (preferred)
• Basic computer literacy
• Fluency in English (preferred)
• Availability for rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday
